The indirect forced convection baking oven is a type of gas tunnel oven in the biscuit industry. It bakes the product through indirect firing, by blowing hot air on the surface of the dough. — ♦ Application ♦ —

 

The indirect forced convection oven consists of a heat exchanging system on top of the oven for circulation of clean air and burning gas. The combustion takes place in the pipes inside heat exchanging system. The air enter the baking chamber after circulation and blow onto the surface of the product through air duct. This type of oven meets the baking feature of cookies and is good for energy saving.

  1. Double door structure for inspection window, require special tool for opening
  2. Explosion door on top of each oven zone, when the pressure inside baking chamber reach certain level, the door will break open itself.
  3. Equipped with gas leakage detection device
  4. The oven body has a firm structure, the connecting part is closed, andhigh density insulation with rock wool.
  5. Oven band wind out system for running out the finished product inside the baking chamber after the oven stops due to power outage.
