Oil Spray

This machine is for spraying food grade oil onto the top and bottom of the baked biscuits. It uses centrifugal discs to spray the oil. The volume of spraying oil and oil temperature may be adjusted to the user’s need. Also equipped with mist filter system to collect all the excessive oil back to the unit. This machine may get the perfect oil spraying effect and no oil mist pollution around the production site area.

The oil spray is usually positioned after baking oven for spraying oil on the baked products for most type of biscuits. For baked potato chips, it requires two oil spray, one positioned before the baking oven and one after to spray twice the oil in order to obtain the requirement volume of oil for the specific product.

It is equipped with oil refuel tank, cleaning pipe and oil drain conveyor for discharging the excessive oil.

The oil refuel tank is heated by means interlayer water bath.There are multiple layers of filtering meshes to ensure stable quality of the oil.

A cleaning pipe is provided at the lower part of the oil spray machine to flush the oil tank using oil (water), therefore solving the difficult problem of cleaning the interior of the oil spray machine.

The base plate at the lower part f of the oil spray machine adopts the inclined design so that the oil and biscuits slide down into the oil sump tank rapidly, making it convenient to clean the oil sump tank,

The speed of the spinning dish is subject to variable frequency control, the oil volume can be adjusted freely, and the oil is sprayed evenly.
