Tray Loading System For Potato Chips
The tray loading system adopts full automation for loading potato chips into plastic trays before they enter the flow wrapper.

The system is generally positioned in the packaging area of a baked potato chips production line. It is composed of full automatic tray distribution machine and a mechanical arm. The tray distribution machine conveys the empty plastic tray to the loading position in precise interval and a mechanical arm grabs the stack up potato chips in a suitable length and put them inside the empty tray to complete the tray loading action. This system achieves high efficiency by synchronizing with the high speed packaging.
